MARINE CORPS RECRUITING STATION - MONTGOMERY, AL

OFFICER SELECTION STATION
TUSCALOOSA, ALABAMA

THE ALABAMA MARINE CORPS OFFICER SELECTION TEAM IS LOOKING FOR AMERICA'S BEST AND BRIGHTEST COLLEGE STUDENTS TO SHARPEN THEIR LEADERSHIP AND MANAGERIAL SKILLS IN THE WORLD'S GREATEST MILITARY ORGANIZATION.

In a word, the Marines want ACHIEVERS. The Marine Corps seeks college students who expect nothing less than success and advancement. The Marines' own standards define the target- to be a Marine officer, a candidate has to possess an extraordinary combination of leadership skills, physical prowess, and academic excellence.

The Corps wants candidates who can demonstrate the ability to succeed under the most difficult circumstances. The model is defined in the military folklore that depicts these exclusive Americans as "the few, the proud" and the "best and brightest."
